'I had this wonderful engineer and she was brilliant. So we promoted her and she failed miserably. We promoted her, and she had a team of people around her. She had no clue how to lead a team. She frustrated the team. She was frustrated. She ended up leaving. So we lost a great engineer, and not to mention we still have a need for this leader in this area.'
